Classroom Edition To Be Featured at “Teaching About the 2016 Elections” Conference at University of Wisconsin – 9/24/16

On Saturday, September 24, 2016, the award-winning Classroom Edition of ELECTORAL DYSFUNCTION will be featured at a conference on “Teaching About the 2016 Elections: Preparing Students for Political Engagement.” Hosted by the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, this day-long conference is an opportunity for K-12 teachers to learn about election-related issues; to receive training in effective learning strategies; and to be introduced to national civic education programs and their curricula. The film will be featured at a keynote session for all conference attendees; a breakout session will offer educators the opportunity to delve more deeply into the curriculum that accompanies the Classroom Edition.
